We ordered a simple wall mirror to hang in our foyer. Upon unboxing, we immediately noticed that the metal bracket intended for mounting was crooked and misaligned. We contacted Wayfair customer service, and they promptly shipped a replacement. The second mirror arrived quickly however, it had the same crooked bracket issue. While we managed to hang the mirror, we had to forgo the bracket altogether and instead mounted it using nails directly into the wall. Due to the recurring quality issue and the inconvenience caused, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Nice product but the dimensions are misleading. I ordered 16 x 24in and it was barely 12 x 18
