Besides the rich looks, the mechanisms work well. The rod can be reworked left or right. Assembly is easy. To connect the finals, you simply insert the round nylon plastic disk into the end of the rod and snap the final on. I was a little confused when I found there was an extra part. The extra part was for a different final.
