The first order arrived with the box a bit worse for wear . Opened the box and out of 5 pieces of wood, three had chips. I could hide two of the chips so only ordered one replacement part. Received a notification it was delivered....to somewhere in southern U.S. (Im in Canada). Notification received that another replacement part was sent and rather than just the part it was a whole new order. Which would be great, except the second shipment had more chips and cracks than the first. Hopefully all the good pieces will create one undamaged rack. If not well return all of it.
