The hook itself is heavy duty. The plastic and screws for installation are junk. Fortunately my husband was in construction so he knows about these things. He will need to buy bigger screws so it will be able to hold a towel or robe. Right now it won’t hold anything without ripping out of the wall. Yes he watched the video.

I ordered the one in bronze/gold. It's lovely and sturdy. Has a chucky but classic look to it. My husband installed it with a drill and the correct inserts because our walls are concrete. But it was relatively easy to install.
