The description does not match the product. There are only 5 hooks and there are no instructions nor hardware to hang it. Rip off!!!!

Sturdy and works great holding my kids heavy book bags. Looks the same as the picture.

It works fine. It is what I expected.

I've used Wayfair many times and have had a generally good experience. This time, I realized upon receipt of the item that the description on the website is incorrect. This product only includes 1 board with 5 hooks. When I contacted customer service for help, they were unable to address this discrepancy and did not offer a free return. (If you do not live near a Wayfair store you will pay a minimum of $10 to drop off to Fedex.) Very disappointed.

A great addition to our closet.
