I've used Wayfair many times and have had a generally good experience. This time, I realized upon receipt of the item that the description on the website is incorrect. This product only includes 1 board with 5 hooks. When I contacted customer service for help, they were unable to address this discrepancy and did not offer a free return. (If you do not live near a Wayfair store you will pay a minimum of $10 to drop off to Fedex.) Very disappointed.

A great addition to our closet.

These (we purchased 3) are really nice and so far - we’ve not yet installed them - seem to be very good value for the money and are exactly as pictured on the site. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because one of the items has a number of tiny dark smudges on it.

It’s just what I needed in my laundry room. When we come in from the garage it’s perfect for hanging our coats and umbrellas on!!
