Well, I’m in the process of working with manufacturer for a resolution. I’ll update as soon as they resolve it. First offer was 15% off, which I think is kind of a joke when you can’t even use the item. This item came with several issues out of the box. It looks possibly used. One hook was ripped off and no possibility of repair holes are stripped. There are several large cracks and several others filled with wood filler. The item looks absolutely terrible, I would not hang it on my wall. I’d like a refund, a full refund. We’ll see if Wayfair backs up there products. In the past, I haven’t had any issues with Wayfair and the refund process, but it’s been a while.

Went perfectly with matching bench. Good quality, solid wood. Easy assemble and to hang on the wall!
