First one I ordered came without the pegs that go into the board. Customer support was very helpful and immediately sent me a replacement. Overall fine product, but smaller than expected and some of the pegs are either just a little too big or too small, meaning you have to force them in or add a ton of glue to make them stick.

It wasn’t as strong as I would like. I had to purchase a standing coat rack which is a better option.

This product is trash. Very cheaply made and not at all what it looks like in the photo.

Awful experience. Don’t order this product if all you want is a plank of wood with no hooks, screws, instructions, or any parts to actually make the hook wall rack.

Was exactly what I wanted. Looks beautiful in the space. Took off one star for an initial issue -it was shipped with no pegs just a bunch of holes in a strip of wood. Wayfair resolved the issue and shipped replacements which were perfect.
