Great touch with the mudd room look

We love how these look, but every single hook we received had completely rusted screws. After one got stuck in the wall, we had to make an extra trip to the hardware store for all new screws - not ideal.

Hooks are sturdy and well made but the screws that came in the packaging are all rusted and I’ll have to buy new ones which is frustrating

I ordered 6 of these hooks to use in our laundry area. When I opened the box, the packages were very dusty/dirty. I wiped each package down, hoping that it was just dirt on the outside. I find that the dirty look was still on the set of screws that comes with each hook. I've only opened one hook so far, and both hooks are so dirty and rusted that they are unusable. I'm not opening the rest of them, as I'm going to return. Usually my orders from Wayfair are great. Not this time.

The hooks are perfect for my laundry room lockers. Great quality.
