It seems to be sturdy, but it's wider than the thickness of the door. It shifts and tilts forward when I open the door, so the door won't close.

I purchased this to put on the top of a screen/room divider. It fits well on the room divider and I am able to hang my scarf on it.

It's too small for the door I was hoping to use it with.

Got two of these to hang a shoe organizer that I already owned but the ball at the end of the hook was too big. Couldn’t find any other hooks that would do the job so made it work with string.

this over the door hook is understated, built wel and snugly hangs on the door. I don't like making holes on my doors especially that the new indoor doors tend to be hollow.
