even though I checked the sizing - I was still surprised at how tiny the hanging peg was... but it works well for hanging a flannel shirt or robe in the bedroom. Installation was easy IF your walls are totally flat & level horizontally bc the pegs are on a solid straight piece of metal. If you have older walls that are not flat - it seems the installation will be difficult since the metal would not be flush with a wall that is not perfectly flat.
