The pillows are beautiful and just what I was looking for. Price was a tad high but not enough to deter me. However, the BIG problem was size. I won't go into the frustrating details. Just suffice to say the sizes stated are incorrect. This is probably at the manufacturer/supplier end. I ordered three 20x20 and they measured in at 16x16. Trust me it made a difference on the couch they were ordered for. Wonderful customer svc rep courteously ordered replacements. Only she replaced one, not three. Again it came in at 16x16. So back to customer svc I went. Long discussion and assurances that this order would be flagged for warehouse manager for the correct size. Guess what? Received two 16x16's again and one 20x20 . Now bear in mind they were ALL labeled 20x20. Out of seven pillows total only one was the correct size. Sorry, but I was done. Back to cust svc I go. And again they were absolutely amazing! Emailed me return shipping labels. We determined that the odds of getting the correct size was NOT good. Finally, got them shipped back. My printer problem, adding to this dilemma, is another story.
Throughout this frustrating experience Wayfair cust svc has worked with me and have done their best to fix something that is beyond their control. While I am disappointed with the pillow experience not once was Wayfair's service anything but stellar.
I have determined that getting new pillows for my patio is NOT meant to be at this time
