The clock worked right away. I still need to work on pendulum adjustments (it was running a little bit faster), but considering the price, it was a bargain.

Love this clock. Beautiful sheen to the wood and nice face detail. Cuckoo is pretty and voice is pitched slightly lower than the smaller clocks.

I received the cuckoo clock and it has never worked so I am very disappointed in it. We've tried everything we can think of to get it to work and unfortunately we had already destroyed the packaging before realizing the clock does not work so I guess our only alternative is to find a clock place to have them look at it and see what's wrong with it. It won't cuckoo but it does keep time so very disappointed in this product. Definitely would NOT recommend it. Sad because it is a beautiful clock, it just doesn't work.
