I was on the brink of returning because I filled the tank with water, added the oils and such, and pluggd everything up but there was no mist! I was so sad but I remember seeing someone’s comment about leaving the diffuser on for 24 hours and I came home after the night shift and BEHOLD! I have mist. Hope this helped someone.
