I absolutely love this scent

The diffuser arrived uncorked packed in a box which had leaked all of the liquid out where it was absorbed by the bottom of the box. I had to discard the entire package. I could smell the fragrance when I opened the front door to collect the box. When I attempted to obtain a refund, I was met with obstruction after obstruction. I will NEVER use Wayfair again. It should change it's name to NoFair.
