This is beautiful- put some lit sticks in it!

I purchased this vase for my daughter for a bridal shower gift. She opened it on Sunday, took it home and put flowers in it and it leaked all over her table. It has a crack in the side. We would like a replacement.

The vase itself is lovely but the packaging and how it was delivered needs a lot of improvement. The box it came in was broken. Not very nice as this was a gift. Also, it wasn't packed securely in the shipping box. There was no filler in the box to keep it from moving around. Being a crystal vase, you would think it would have been packaged better with fragile on the box.

This is a beautiful vase that we were trying to replace as our kids accidentally knocked it over. We had it for 10 years and loved it. We were so happy to find a replacement on Wayfair. When it was delivered, we saw that zero care was taken by Wayfair to insure the safety of the item being delivered. The packaging was horrible. We have asked for a replacement and hope that they will take more care this time
