Item came in a very fancy box. The gold color with the black scent sticks looks very elegant. The fragrance is awesome smells like you are in a fancy hotel. It's a must have!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

The Polished Gold Reed Diffuser was a tad bit disappointing. The good … presentation. The box it came in was beautiful and was perfect for gift giving. The bad … upon opening the box, I found I really didn’t care for the colortone of the gold used. It made it appear cheaper than it would have it the gold was not so yellow. I put this item in a water closet and I do not smell it at all. It is a small space and I should be able to smell something. However, I do not smell anything. So I am giving two stars for the beautiful box and the almost good looking bottle.

The box and wrapping pulled out all the stops with their fancy presentation – I half expected a red carpet to roll out! Setting up the package was a breeze, although getting that stopper out turned into a bit of a game – no tab, no mercy. But once I conquered that mini quest, the "zen" fragrance was like a warm hug for my nose – who knew zen could smell so good? Now, about those directions – they played hide and seek at the bottom of the box. Sneaky, huh? It would've been awesome if they'd also spilled the beans on how to order more of this delightful scent and the secret life expectancy of the fragrance. Maybe next time, add a treasure map or a decoder ring for extra fun!

All you have to do is remove the inner plastic seal, insert the black reeds and place it in spot of choice. The fragrance is subtle and refreshing!
