The Galatea Tree by Andover, pictured, that I ordered was not sent. A very cheap looking Vickerman tree was sent. I asked to have the tree that I ordered sent, Galatea Tree by Andover ASAP. They sent the same very cheap looking Vickeeman tree again!!!! We had a Thanksgiving tree decorating activity planned for my grandchildren. I can not tell you how incredibly disappointed that we are. And it was package like it had been taken out of a second hand store and thrown into a box. Now I have 2 trees to return and nothing for my grandkids. The rating should be -5 but it won’t allow for no stars

If You Like a RUSTIC TREE that looks close to Real this is IT! I have 10 foot ceilings and I purchased a 9 foot, only wish I ordered a 10 foot instead. This slim tree fits nicely in a small living room. If you have a big living room get the full and larger tree. There is space to put big ornaments on it. This tree is not a soft one. I would of ordered a Faux tree but didn’t want to spend that much on a tree this year. If you want the best tree that looks really real your going to have to pay for it. Merry Christmas !!!
