While the tree arrived safely, the quality and presentation did not fully match the product photos. There is significantly more flocking than expected, and the process of "fluffing" the branches is time-consuming—far beyond the 1.5 to 2 hours suggested. Additionally, the lights are bright warm-toned LEDs but not the the cozy, warm glow shown online. It's not a bad value considering but one will have to be very creative with their decorating skills to pull this tree off for the holidays. The tree arrived just in the box; no storage bag or anything like that so be careful opening it. The pic I included is the tree, straight out of the box, assembled and lit (just to make sure the lights worked); we'll spend the time fussing and fluffing it when we put it up for the holidays.

We love this tree!! It is messy though with the snow on it, but worth it.

It assembles in three steps, its beautiful, good quality, it has integrated lighting, warm light that makes the atmosphere feel cozy.

It’s beautiful! Looks just like a live fire tree after a heavy snowfall! Love it!
