Customer service on getting a refund has been horrible. This tree color has discoloring in it. It also is not lining up with the screws to put it together. I’ve requested a refund for this item.

I’m happy with this product because it came in three sections, not one big unit. This turned out to be very helpful because: (1) it’ll be much easier to store, and (2) I foolishly didn’t measure the width of my Xmas tree support legs. So, when the collar came, it was wasn’t big enough to cover all four legs/feet when all three panels were connected. But it didn’t matter because I just left it unattached and turned the open section toward the back where nobody will see the gap.
