What do you mean not eligible for return! I was not told that when I ordered. I paid 68 for this product. It is misrepresented as an ornament storage box. It is not. No dividers or shelves to put ornaments in. I am sending pictures. I am a long customer of Wayfair. Is this how you treat customers!!
