Poor packaging for this delicate decoration! 3 bulbs broken because of this! Otherwise beautiful! Update 2/3/26: Despite the broken bulbs, I ordered 3 more! The packaging was improved and even though there was packing material inside the ornament, there were still 2 broken bulbs! Fortunately there are several bulbs so it still works. The packaging needs to be greatly improved!

2 of the red balls broke, but I need it be the 11th for a party.

Okay, the ornament is very, very pretty. However, the first two I ordered arrived broken. Wayfair's customer services moved swiftly,, sending me two new ornaments. Unfortunately, those two also arrived broken. I am now waiting to hear back from Wayfair customer service to see if we'll try getting another two of these to me, or if I will simply take a refund.

Love it...so does my daughter...she has it now! Lolo ...along w/ other glass balls i purchased from Wayfair!!!!
