I ordered this bc the description said it was 18" long and I had a very specific tree collar I was trying to put it in. Measuring tip of leg down to the other tip it is 25.5" just like all the others. Very disappointed in that. I was going to return it but was going to be charged a fee. Seriously? I decided to keep it and had my son 3d print shorter legs, to fit in my tree collar. First problem solved. I spent over an hour trying to get my tree straight in this base. My son printed a bushing for me. Second problem solved. It's a little noisy and I wish I could slow down the speed in which it turns. Not sure how many seasons this will last.

Put my tree up last night and this stand already doesn’t spin. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! First year using this and it worked for less than 24 hours. Very disappointed and I bought it in March so I’m not allowed a refund now?
