The tree was what I was looking for and the price was good. One branch was not properly wrapped. The paperwork includes said the tree had a 10 year warranty against defects and gave me instructions to write to the company if I was not satisfied. I wrote to the company in late October and have not heard anything back. Die to the failure of the company to respond and correct the defect, I would not recommend purchasing this tree.
