I have ordered, had my order replaced, had my order replaced, had my order replaced, and still gotten the wrong tree! There’s a barcode issue or something and instead of a 7 foot five I keep getting a 5 foot! Repetitively over and over and over again. Customer service has been lovely, but at this point, I am over driving to FedEx to return the same item 0 stars if that was an option.  has anyone gotten the correct tree Does it exist

I’m absolutly not satisfied. It is a joke. I’m order 7.5 this and get less than 5 f. I called and explained. They told me I have to send back and they will send the good size. Ok. I did. No … again get the 5. Instead of 7.5 Again … I called amd was ready to cancel my order. But I spoken with Barbara from service department and she assured me this time someone will open box before they send That’s what’s she put on the complain request. At least that’s what I was told …. Ok. I bolived her. Next …. I got 3 time the wrong one. It is a crazy …. Why ?????? Now I Have to 3 times pack the boxes and go to fedex. Spend all this time For you guys mistakes. ????? Never ever will order anything from you again !!!!! Don’t order this. I Try 3 time. Waist my $$$ time. And waiting now for my $$ back !!!!
