Very poor quality!! Top part is not hinged and the lights are strung not onto the tips and braches, but between the individual hinged branches keeping the hinges from falling naturally and also very tangled right out of the box. Another poor quality item from China. I literally bought a $50 tree from Home Goods which looked better. Not at all full, can see all the way through even after fluffing. Extremely poor quality construction. I will definitely never buy another tree I have not seen in person. Opened the box, and within 10 minutes called to have it returned. I normally do not leave reviews, but I will never buy another product from Home Aisle. Totally disappointed.

I am almost embarrassed to say how much tree research I did before deciding on this one. I needed to replace my seven year old tree with janky, will-they-or-won't-they lights. On this new tree, the lights are plenty and the modes are a joy to explore (not to mention mesmerizing and just make me so happy!). I most often choose the colorful lights in twinkle mode, but also enjoy the slow fade from white to color. There are plenty of branch tips for the majority of the tree (the top could use about 15 more branch tips and it would be perfect). It also has a good amount of clearance for gifts to actually fit under the tree and be seen. Until I had this tree, I didn't realize my previous tree was so low at about six inches off the ground. I liked my former tree's stand better than the one which came with this tree, so I kept the old one and used it here (but there's nothing technically wrong with the one which comes with this tree). All in all, I'm very happy with my new tree and hope it will last me a long time! I included a photo of when I opened the box, a picture right after I finished fluffing most of it and took a step back, a photo with the tree off (bonus points if you spot the dog!), and a photo of it in its sentimentally decorated glory.

I have received the tree in its banded box. I would like to store it unopened until next December. If there is something wrong when I open it will you, or the supplier stand behind any problem since it will be 10 months after I received the tree?
