On sale, and I paid $168.00. I would not normally pay this much for a tree. But I am downsizing and wanted something simpilier. It is made in China and well those 200 lights was what excited me. It was flickering when connected, then 5 min later only half the tree lit, then 2 min later, no lights. I contacted Wayfair and was offered $33.78 back for my troubles and then when I said absolutely not. I was angry over this very frustrating situation of course. Then offered a full refund in 3-5 days and they would send a postage free label to send the defective tree back. An hour later, still no email confirmation. So, I got back in touch to ask why? I was told by Gabrielle S. that he could not send me a confirmation or the label to return the tree, but a team member would reach out in 2 days. It's now day 3. Not impressed with this unprofessionalism!!
