Would like to know what the policy is the tree lights are burnt also I’m going to get four stars because when the tree was new and it was very pretty. If someone could contact me regarding the faulty lights.

The perfect slim tree with soft white lights. Fits perfectly on my small landing. Easy to set up.

The item arrived in a poorly packaged box that was already open, and the base had several noticeable scratches. While the product doesn’t quite match the appearance in the advertised photo, I’ve decided to make the most of it to avoid the inconvenience of returning the tree via FedEx.

It took a little elbow grease but it looks pretty good. The picture definitely looks fuller and it will take some work to separate each individual branch and down sweep the branches. Overall it’s fine, not sure how long it will last.
