My husband and I purchased this tree in Jan. 2024. When it arrived, we failed to open it but rather put the unopened box in storage for the year. On Nov. 21, 2024, we took the box out to put up the tree. We found that the tree was not the cute and attractive tree pictured on the Wayfair website. It was 6 feet tall with 24 inches of bear pole at the bottom- no branches! That was followed by 2 sections (not 3) of branches. Yes, we failed to check the tree and return it within 30 days. But Wayfair failed to help us rectify the poorly constructed tree. Couldn't even speak to a supervisor. And the company who made the tree has an email address (no Phone #) for Customer Service. Beware when purchasing from Wayfair!
The first photo below shows what the tree should look like, notice branches go down to the bottom. Same for the drawing from Assembly & Use Instructions. The third photo shows what we acutally recieved. Note the two-foot long tube with no branches or lights.
