Ornaments bent and broken in package. Poorly packaged and packed was aware prior to packaging as outside package wasn’t damaged.

These are beautiful! Can’t wait to decorate the tree with them! Arrived quickly, came in a great storage box as well. They are soft and came with beautiful ribbons to tie on tree

Product was great but it was delivered in a large white envelope instead of a box so almost half of the balls we’re damaged.
