Buyer BEWARE!! This tree is not the picture listed. It mentions that it needs to be fluffed but there aren’t even enough branches to fluff. The picture above is after we worked on it for an hour. You can still see the wire branches and the lights just hang in the empty spaces. I called customer service and even the agent said that the picture on the website was clearly photoshopped. Also, I now have to pay money to send it back. Seems to me when something isn’t as picture the returns should be taken care of by the company as they lied to me. I will be looking somewhere else for my tree. I purposely purchased a more expensive tree because I wanted high quality. This is not high quality.

Fantastic -the tree is wide which I love because I have a large space You have to take the time to unfold the branches and fluff the branches but after that it is beautiful lots of lights!!

Awesome tree!! Would buy 10 more if I had taller ceilings throughout my entire house
