I should have read the description closer. I didn't realize that this was a "battery operated" set. I'm going to be going through an awful lot of batteries and inconvenience next Christmas season. It is an attractive set but I wouldn't have purchased it had I realized it was battery operated. I like to set my seasonal lights on a timer that goes on with dusk and and then back on in the morning and that sort of sophistication is not possible with these. UPDATED: dropped to only one star because the pot on one broke when I put the set up the send time after having spent the summer in the box. I'm finding a way to prop the tree up in another pot but I am disappointed in the quality of this.

So, first things first, I DID NOT put batteries in these as each component requires 4 AA batteries. With it being another 10 months until Christmas, so 9 months until I'd decorate again, I just didn't want to use 16 batteries for 5 minutes and then keep them separate so as to not mix old with new. Which, also, is my first negative for this product. That's a LOT of batteries to go through! And, if your home is like ours, you likely have to replace the batteries at least once each holiday season. Not needing an outlet is nice, but it's just TOO many batteries. Second, they just felt cheap. The wreath was mashed up beyond belief and it took me several minutes to even get it resembling a circle again. None of the items are full, like portrayed in the manufacturer's photo. No, I didn't spend a ton of time fluffing them, but, the little bit of work I *did* do, I was losing branches, berries, pinecones, you name it. I had to either figure out where what fell off was supposed to and re-wrap the wire, or just count it a loss. I don't see these items lasting more than one holiday season, even if displayed indoors. Third, they were crazy messy! I am VERY familiar with artificial Christmas trees, etc. Due to health issues real is NOT an option, and in my nearly 20 years of marriage we've gone from the cheapest you can find (like $35 for a 6 foot tree) to now having a tree we spent several hundred dollars on. I've NEVER had a tree, not even the super cheap ones, leave so much mess! Last, but not least, there is a packaging issue. In order to get the 2 trees in the package with the attached pots I had to request a replacement. And with BOTH shipments the bottom tree container was broken in the EXACT same spot. For that matter, I should mention that the pots, although they appear metal, are actually resin. So while they appear nice in the photos, and the price seems to be something you'd pay for a decent quality product, I'd keep looking.

I’m really in impressed with this set I had been looking for a set for a while but couldn’t find anything I wanted until I got this set and it is exactly what I had been looking for for my porch! First of all it comes with 4 pieces which is great I love the fact it all comes together and matches! It does require batteries 4 AA for each item which is 16 AA batteries total which I personal love the fact it takes batteries versus plugging it in I like the fact that I don’t have to hide all the cords and worry about plugging them all in but me and my husband had invested in rechargeable batteries forever ago it seem like we was always buying batteries between our kids and now our first grandbaby so we decided to invest in rechargeable batteries! If you are determined for it to plug in I would still recommend this set and maybe just get a few dollar strands and wrap them! I plan on adding some red bows. This is a great set for the price! Recommend!!!

Definitely not as pretty as the professional pictures but still very nice. The greenery was all put together tightly in the box and needs to be moved and adjusted to look full again. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive front porch Christmas decoration set.

Absolutely beautiful trees, garland and wreath. Have to see it in person, pictures don’t do it justice. I love the battery pack feature and can’t wait to decorate for Christmas! The greens of the branches plus the berries and pine cones just make it over the top. Another great Wayfair product!
