I would never purchase from Wayfair again due to blatant false advertising and their utterly useless customer service. I ordered a 9ft Christmas tree, only to receive a 5ft tree instead. After contacting their customer service, I was told that they did send the “correct item.” However, the tree they sent was not what was advertised. This is a textbook case of false advertising. When I asked for a refund, Wayfair had the audacity to deny me my total purchase amount. This experience has been beyond frustrating, and I am warning all my friends, family, and over 30,000 followers on social media to never shop from Wayfair. Save your time, money, and sanity—this company cannot be trusted. Please be aware I have 9ft ceilings in my home and this is the tree against my wall.

Extremely disappointed!! Needed a9ft tree to decorate my first Christmas in my new house. The listing is described as 9 ft but in small print it says size 6ft…if the description says nine ft then who would question the size? I got a mini tree and it ruined my whole Christmas vision. When i called customer service, they told me i chose the six foot option!! No the heck i did not!! I specifically said 9ft. The description says 9ft so who’s going to think it’s not!! Don’t order from this company. I, as a consumer, am so so tired of all the scammy companies tricking consumers out of money!! My hope is that this review detours enough business to make up for the disappointment…money hungry scammers with immoral business practices…ugh!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! That’s a 10 year old in the pic.. almost taller then this 9 ft tree..

Great tree for the price. Super full - you’ll need about 900-1100 lights for it.
