I love the gems however fulfillment of the order was never right. The warehouse never intended to ship me all 3 gems as described in the description. The items are sold 3 gems in each order. I would receive only one. It took 3 weeks to receive the entire order only because I complain to customer service. I want more but I am afraid I would never receive my order right. They are beautiful gems. I need a total of 15gems, which would mean 3 more orders. The 3 stars is for order fulfillment and weeks it took to receive all 6 items .
