These where nice items that where supposed to be given as Christmas gifts last year BEFORE Christmas. They where ordered mid November with the promise of receiving 2 weeks before xmas. After many phone calls and not any concrete answers, I did not receive them till 2 weeks after Christmas. My grandsons where very disappointed as they did not get to put them on the tree as I had promised them. Should have been compensated for that. Customer service was made aware of the problem numerous times. Think twice before ordering anything personalized. Unless you don't care when you are supposed to receive it!
