SHIPPED ONLY (ONE) ORNAMENT WHEN IT WAS (FOUR) THAT WAS ORDERED AND PAID FOR AND WHEN YOU CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY CANNOT SHIP YOUR REPLACEMENT FOR AN ADDITIONAL 7 DAYS WHEN YOU'VE ALREADY WAITED 10 FOR YOUR ORDER ANDCUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T REALLY CARE THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT AFTER SPENDING OVER $100 FOR THE FOUR ITEMS ORDERED

This is a nice ornament, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. It was well packed, but the loop at the top of the ornament that would attach to a hook to hang it was broken off. I’m not very crafty, but I’ll try to find someone to glue the pieces back together. Other than that, it’s a nice 2-dimensional (flat) ornament that appears more colorful in the online photo than in real life.

It's nice. It could be a little more quality looking.
