Very pretty for a moderate price. It says set of 2 (4 packs, so 8 total ornaments) and I was only shipped one set of four; the customer service rep on chat offered me 1/5 of the price without tax as a refund— so offered me a $6.32 refund when I paid $29.99 plus tax and only received half the order, and asked “will that be satisfactory?” Umm….no?? Had to “check with a manager” to give me half my money back. So odd. So the ornaments — quite nice, they’re pretty and seem durable. The customer service—- initially ridiculous.
