It helped this Christmas for topper to stay on 9 ft tree. It worked out and I would recommend.

I was disappointed in how this tree topper holder worked on my big Christmas tree. It couldn't hold my topper upright. I like the design and idea, though, so next year, I will try it on a smaller tree with a lighter weight tree topper.

Well this is something I didn’t know existed! It’s such a brilliant idea!!! It makes securing your tree topper so easy & reliably keeps it in place. It allows for heavier toppers that otherwise would be difficult or even risky to put on the frail top branches. This secures nicely to the actual trunk, instead of just sitting on top of the weakest top limbs!

I am really looking forward to using this tree topper rod this year. My tree topper is much too heavy for my tree and it’s a constant struggle every year to keep the star from falling off the tree. While I haven’t tried this yet (it’s not even Halloween), the other reviews make me think this is the solution to my problem.

It looks good and sturdy. Haven’t tried it yet since it’s not Christmas yet but I can see the strong construction and it should hold on the Christmas tree very well with the star on top. Parts are detachable for easy storage.
