Truly terrible! Whoever took the photos for the catalog should be given an award for making it look good because the item I received looked NOTHING like the picture that convinced me to buy this star in the first place. It arrived looking dirty (because dirty felt or wool was used) and was much smaller than the description. It was also stuffed with so much stuffing it hardly even looked like a star and the bottom was so small there’s no way it would stay on any tree. I understand these stars are handmade and there can be small variances but this was an absolute joke. Truly, I should’ve taken a picture before sending it back but I was so annoyed that I paid for shipping and was charged for return shipping that I forgot to. So of the $30 I paid I only received $17 back. Let me save you from making the same mistake - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. Wayfair - do better when it comes to returns.
