I was extremely disappointed and frustrated when I had to make a return for a refund. After texting back and forth for a very long time I was left no farther ahead, and even more frustrated!! Your return process needs to be clearer. I should not be left with an apology but no resolution to my issue. This is not good customer service. And totally unacceptable. This experience leaves me not wanting to make any more purchases since if you are not totally happy with a product, it will cost you a large fee to return it for a refund. You can complain but you are totally being left feeling you have been taken advantage if. Very unhappy with your customer service!!. Janet. Stoney Creek, ON. Fri Oct 23 2026
