This roaster is awesome. I cooked my Thanksgiving Turkey and it was very tasty. Afterward the cleanup was so simple and easy. I will never cook a Turkey any other way. I have not used for a roast or chicken, only because it is just me and I haven’t had a big dinner since Thanksgiving but no reason it wouldn’t be good also.

This is our second one. It works beautifully, and very easy to use. A little difficult to clean and store, but worth it for the ease of cooking.

When I received my Infrared Turkey Rotisserie it was just in time for Thanksgiving. We cooked our Thanksgiving Turkey and it was wonderful. It was so simple to use and clean up was very easy too. The unit did exactly what it said it would.

This wonderful product prepared my main dish for Thanksgiving. Although it is large and directions need to be read thoroughly, this turkey was cooked to perfection - golden brown and crispy outside, juicy inside within two hours!

I was a little skeptical of this at first because it seemed like just another method of cooking a turkey that wouldn't be any better than the oven. Boy, was I wrong! The turkey cooked so quickly (18 lbs. in 2 hours) and came out so golden brown and juicy. It cooked very evenly without overcooking the outside. It also frees up the oven to use for other things. My daughter commented that it was the best turkey we've ever had! The drippings were collected in the pan at the bottom so they were easy to use for the gravy and also made for quick clean up. I would highly recommend this rotisserie and won't go back to an oven turkey. Nesco is also a very quality brand. I've owned several Nesco products over the years and I've never been disappointed.
