Moule à pain moyen antiadhésif Wilton 191003159 de Wilton, argent

Out of my last order of 4 items one had to be returned because it was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered dishes for a serving of 8 (24pieces) and received 24 wooden hangers. The second box was a bread pan that the size was listed as 9 by 11. I received an 8.5 by 4.5. It was not even worth the trip to return. I did call the company it shipped from and they were going to call Wayfair of the listing error.

I have been using glass loaf pans for several years and thought that I might improve the texture of my bread with a metal pan, plus I wanted to stop using baking spray. This is the classic size of my 40+ year old glass pans, so I don't have to adjust my recipe. I used a parchment paper sling and was really worried when I started to lift the loaf out, but it came out so clean that you can't see that it has been used. I think that it might work without the paper sling even, just tip it out. I would buy this in the diamond like carbon coating, just for durability, but this looks like it is going to work just fine as is. Very glad that I ordered it.

These pans are great. They are well made, easy to clean, and heat evenly! I have used Wilton pans for years! Love them!

Love Wilton large loaf pans for sourdough bread because of their weight and special coating. My loads are easy to remove from their pans and bake evenly every time.

I absolutely love these pans. When properly "greased" the loaves come out easily. Turn over when cooled and watch the loaves slide out. I am glad I got these.
