I bought a Candace Olson chandelier for my dining room from Wayfair 3 years ago and hung it from an 8 foot ceiling. I am now in the process of moving to a dining room with a 10 ft ceiling and wanted to take the chandelier with me. The ceiling difference made the chandelier hang way too short so I began the task of trying to find just the right color gold chain to match the chandelier. I called the Wayfair lighting department to see if they could help me. I spoke to Bob who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He directed me to just the right color gold chain. I am so pleased.
