Ordering and delivery were fine as expected. Product was difficult to install and instructions were not very helpful. And after completing the frustrating install, the fixture hung askew and we needed to Jerry-rig a fix to get it to hang levelparallel with the ceiling. It does look nice over the island, but I am disappointed with the build quality. And then it went on sale right afterwards, to add to my disappointment.
