Luminaire suspendu tambour 3 lumières

The product is described as 20 inches overall height hanging. It comes with three interconnecting lengths of hanging rod that are designed to offer several height options depending upon which ones are used. If all three are connected together, then the lamp would hang 20 inches as described. However, the wiring won’t allow the full height. It only allows at total of 13.5 inches total height. I’m disappointed and don’t look forward to having to disassemble the build, repack it and send it back to Wayfair.
