I experienced a lot of difficulty with this piece. I think I had a piece that was previously returned as the arms were in incorrect directions, and it was very difficult to figure out. I returned the unit and replaced it.

Beautiful light BUT alot of work to assemble. Each crystal needs assembly and to be attached. We spent aprox 3 to 4 hours getting it ready to hang. The Chinese directions were almost worthless in my husbands words. But once you stick with it and finished the light is spectacular. The LED lights are bright and will fill a large room with light. Very happy with fixture and very happy its DONE.

If you can take the installation option, take it! This chandelier comes in parts and you will have to assemble all of them one by one including the crystals, the beads and the connecting part. The instructions are lacking and not accurate so you need a good sense of logic and electrical skills to put it together. Also pay attention when you and packet since not all the bolts and nuts are secured. With that said, if you overcome all the challenges, the final product is kind of nice. Now all is needed is to see how long it will survive.
