Updating a 60s house and all the lighting needed to be updated. It looks just like the stock photo. The only thing I would point out is this is not really matte black. Its more a dark grey or like an iron black. For me that was fine but I have a true matte black light in the kitchen and you can see the difference. If you are trying to match other matte black finishes this might not be for you. Like that it is dimmable with correct light bulbs if you already have a dimmer switch or plan on installing one. I only had 2 light bulbs but even that put off a good amount of light. I had it installed by a handyman since I had to move the placement but he said it was fairly easy. Overall would recommend.

Much nicer than expected! For the price you can't beat it. Plan on hanging in my entryway.
