The fan is perfect for our room. It's silent and has worked flawlessly.

Doesn’t look quite as luxe as the photos. The gold color is pretty cheap looking. One of the fan blades arrived with a chunk broken off. The light cup was also stripped out somewhat inside, which didn’t allow us to tighten the glass shade as much as needed to eliminate rattling. We were able to fix by added some thin furniture pads in between the cup and shade. The glass shade is beautiful but does tone down the light quality quite a lot—don’t expect a very bright light in the room. That being said, we put a Philips Hue bulb in it, programmed it with a schedule it makes a perfect wake-up light in the mornings.
