This looks like a very beautiful ceiling fan/light. The problem that I had is the connectors for the shade were the wrong ones. However, I contacted the company and they are in the process of sending me the correct connectors. They were very prompt in responding and that alone is just great customer service. I am sure when it is finally hooked up it will work just wonderfully in my bedroom.

Second item, the first one was returned because it was broken, the second also broken . Can not give a good review because it is broken again. other than shipping being very quick the product it self can not be reviewed.

The fan itself and the instructions and electrical connecting instructions look easy to follow but unfortunately one small part of the glass arrived broken for us so we are going to request replacement. Overall this looks true to picture and the glass especially looks great in person. the item itself was packaged securely so we assume damage occurred during handling.

I’ve ordered fan chandeliers that look similar to this one in the past from Wayfair and they have all come in 1 piece. This fan came in multiple pieces and had to be put together before instillation. It was a bit of a pain. Unfortunately, three of the crystals were broken upon delivery. Thankfully, it came with three extra crystals and I was able to replace the broken’ ones. The chandelier is very pretty and looks exactly as pictured. I am happy with the overall look and feel of the fan chandelier. It also produces a good amount of air. I knocked off one star because of assembly and the broken crystals.

Haven’t had the chance to install it yet, as our room is still getting remodeled. But I pieced it together to see how it would look and I instantly love it!! The crystal doesn’t look blingy or over the top, it’s subtle and gorgeous! I have a traditionaltimeless style so I think this will fit very well!
