Decent fan for the price. Instructions were very basic without a great deal of detail. Had to do some research on the web to clarify wiring questions. But, all in all, assembly was not difficult and the fan seems to be quiet and has several speed andlighting modes. Remote is useful. Tips: 1. If your outlet has red, black, and white wires, only the black and white are connected to fan; cap the red with a wire nut. 2. Green and yellow wire on bracket connects to ground. 3. You may need to replace two existing screws on motor with longer screws in order to secure the ceiling cover. 4. A flat screw driver set is very helpful in securing those two screws because the space between the cover and motor housing is tight. 5. Some bolt holes were too small for the bolts supplied. Had to drill them and then use nuts to secure the fan to the bracket.

Great fan. What else can I say. Very nice light great style. I’m really enjoying the breeze on these summer days we’ve been having. Reasonably priced as well. Would certainly purchase this ago in for multiple projects

A little complicated to install (instructions a little unclear) but I really like it! Very quiet!

Love this fan! So many different settings and easy install! Love it so much ordered another for my master bedroom! Highly recommend!
