The first fan arrived damaged and I was told that a replacement part was not available so they shipped a new one and I was told I did not need to go through the hassle of returning the original. This fan is so gorgeous! I absolutely love it! Easy to assemble and runs quietly. The only drawback is that changing the light bulbs could be a little inconvenient but I feel the quality and look of this fan makes it worth it. Definitely would recommend

Really cool looking, better than what I thought from pictures. It’s perfect for our small bedroom and looks great with my new wallpaper. Okay -update with pictures. Installation was fair, it took more time just putting light fixture together (about 60 minutes) I do have one complaint- the metal is awesome looking on the outside but you can see the unfinished metal from the angle when you are looking up at the light. When you take the light out of the box you see it straight on, but when you are underneath you see where the paint is ‘slopped’ on the inside. See pictures. Looks really great with lights off!

I love this beautiful fanlight! It is going to be perfect in my kitchen, unfortunately my electrician has not been able to install it as of yet. It was packed well in the box, the fixture is very heavy and sturdy and made of good materials. It was super easy to assemble out of the box. I am very excited to have it installed. Edited to say it is FABULOUS!! installed today and I absolutely love it!

I love this fan! It not only has style, its quiet and has the option of turning off the beeping sound when you change your settings. Plus I can use the remote or wall switch to turn it on. or off.

I don’t love this fan. I wanted to. Hardware is unlabeled in packing. That’s an immediate aggravation to me when you have a legend in the instructions. It came with a dent due to cheap packing. It’s is an aggravating sob to put together. Ceiling fans are a pain, I get it. But this came in a box that was large enough the majority of assembly should have been handled at the factory. They cheated out. Instructions aren’t terrible but also not super clear. The deal with me is that yes, it looks cool. But when you start cutting corners on obvious stuff what else did you skimp on. It functions. Not super loud. Would have been nice to have a dimmer option on the remote as well. We will keep it but I have my doubts on longevity and overall quality and again, it’s aggravating to put together
